To hold product, three chrome-plated, removable wire racks are inside that can accommodate three half-size sheet pans with 25/8-inch tray spacing.To reduce humidity within the unit, this Moffat E22M3 convection oven is equipped with a hinged, drop-down door that is vented. The twin-pane door glass provides visibility and facilitates cleaning, and to prevent burns, the door handle stays cool to the touch.
