I've had this vacuum for about a month. Key things I was looking for: Bagless, hair eliminator brushroll with traditional bristle brushes, headlights. The vacuum works great. My wife likes the defined vacuum marks it leaves. I had tried the two roller Shark vacuum but with the flexible brushroll style, I felt like it was just tickling the carpet rather than agitating it so I returned the Shark. One note: many of the reviews indicate that the lift-up mechanism doesn't latch well and it's true: I had to slam the thing in place to get it to latch. I won't be using the lift-up function so it's not an issue for me. This vacuum checked all the boxes for my needs. It was listed in 'acceptable' condition but the one I received looks brand new.
